He coordinates with Clients to ensure the service delivery in smooth mode, ensuring  the customer satisfaction in high level, withe delivery in a timely manner, minimizes the NCR, safety and other complains.

He is also responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace. •While ensuring the TOs/Projects progress, quality, workmanship, safety, etc. comply with specifications and clients’ expectation. • Support site/sector managers in clients & other departments coordination, resource plan. • Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation. • KPI: customer satisfaction level, Monthly progress/invoice values, NCR, safety and other complains, etc. • Act as the Program Manager’s principle operations
