While our talents, experience and responsibilities may be varied, we are unified in our commitment to conducting business with integrity and building long-term relationships based on trust and results.
Issak Aden Ali Gadoi founded IAG International in 1993 and with his leadership. He has grown IAG International L.L.C into the leading company in camp construction, facilities management and supply chain services. IAG International L.L.C is now the leading remote site service provider with operations in the Middle East and across Africa, employing over 2,100 staff. Yet the attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges, coupled with the ability and integrity that was the catalyst to the formation of IAG international still remains.
Our large team now has vast knowledge and experience working across the toughest terrains and conditions in Africa and The Middle East which has enabled our construction and infrastructure solutions to implemented with the deep-rooted objective of creating strong relationships with our clients by providing exceptional service and perpetual support.

Mohamed has a thorough technical knowledge of project implementation, managing contracts for both designers and contractors, often delivering complex projects within short timescales and fast-paced live environments. Mohamed’s areas of expertise include an ability to understand the requirements of differing disciplines and finds practical solutions.
He has a thorough understanding and consideration of historic and modern construction, with an appreciation of contracting techniques for buildability. Mohamed regularly provides feasibility studies to establish the potential for structural alterations to meet client requirements, development of new and existing buildings, including the design and overseeing of structural works.
Projects include numerous historic and protected structures in prime locations in Mogadishu and Baidowa in Somalia.
His experience covers a wide range of projects in the built environment, ranging from new-build, refurbishment, and maintenance work on residential, retail, transport, hospital, schools and civic buildings, including multi-storey structures and stadia projects. Yasin thrives on the finer detail of projects, whether that’s striving to achieve the client and architect’s vision, driving efficiencies in design through engineering expertise or aiding the construction team to overcome any of the site complexities that inevitably materialize.
He manages the finance team at IAG international. He’s responsible for designing, reviewing and implementing all our financial processes and procedures, and for managing our cash flow. Noor is a motivated professional with years of experience in various sectors including Auditing and construction. Noor ensures the control and management of all finance related topics.
Dirie is IAG’s Supply Chain Manager. His role covers all aspects of the supply chain, including logistics, transport and sourcing from around the world. By optimizing our operational processes, he ensures only quality goods and raw materials are used at IAG’s operations and sites. Thanks to his three years of working experience, he is a recognized expert. He joined IAG in 2013, as the Head of Logistics and Procurement for Mogadishu and responsible for procurement in all IAG projects.
Ahmed is responsible for regular accounting tasks in the organization. These tasks include maintaining the payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly income statements and updating the computerized accounting system. Because he has a keen eye for quality, he supervises company projects to ensure that all projects comply with the clients specifications and interests.
