Warehouse Renovation — WFP Mogadishu Sea Port
Structural renovation and refurbishment of a World Food Programme warehouse facility at Mogadishu Sea Port. Works encompassed structural integrity assessment, roofing replacement, flooring rehabilitation, electrical systems upgrade, access control installation, and full compliance with WFP storage and safety standards to support humanitarian food distribution operations.
Helipad Construction — Jowhar
Design, preparation, and construction of a tactical helipad in Jowhar, Somalia. Works included site clearance, sub-base preparation, surface reinforcement to rotary-wing load specifications, perimeter marking, approach path clearance, drainage provision, and safety equipment installation. Delivered to ICAO surface-bearing standards for operational use in a complex environment.
School Renovation Programme — WFP Somalia
Rehabilitation and renovation of school facilities across multiple locations in Somalia under WFP programming. Works included structural repairs, classroom refurbishment, installation of sanitation facilities, roofing, windows, and doors replacement, ramp and access improvement, and repainting to acceptable occupancy standards — supporting WFP's school feeding and community infrastructure mandate.
Integrated Facilities Maintenance — WFP Somalia
Long-term integrated facilities management contract covering WFP operational compounds across Somalia. Services encompass preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, specialist cleaning, generator servicing, HVAC maintenance, pest control, and emergency response. IAG provides dedicated in-country maintenance teams ensuring 24/7 operational continuity for WFP's mission-critical facilities.
Water Treatment Plant Installation & Maintenance
Supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of water treatment plants across operational sites in Somalia. Works include site preparation, plant assembly, piping and distribution network installation, chemical dosing systems, quality monitoring instrumentation, and operator training. Ongoing maintenance programmes ensure continuous production of potable water meeting WHO quality standards for staff and beneficiary populations.
HESCO Perimeter Security Works
Procurement, delivery, and installation of HESCO Bastion concertainer perimeter security systems across multiple operational compounds. Works included site survey, earthwork preparation, HESCO unit placement and filling, integration with existing wire obstacles and access control points, and post-installation structural inspection. All installations met UN and INGO compound security specifications for blast and ballistic protection.
Custom-Built Recovery Trucks — UNOPS Procurement
Facilitation of the procurement and end-to-end delivery of custom-built heavy recovery trucks for UNOPS-supported infrastructure, security, and humanitarian operations. IAG managed supplier identification, technical specification compliance, factory inspection, customs clearance, in-country delivery, and commissioning. Vehicles were configured to operational requirements including heavy-lift recovery capability, off-road drivetrain, and communications fitout for deployment in austere environments.
