At IAG, safety is embedded into every phase of project delivery — from initial risk assessment through daily operations to post-project review. Operating in some of the world's most challenging environments demands an uncompromising approach to the protection of our people, our clients, and the communities we serve.
Our safety management system is built on ISO 9001:2015 principles and aligned with international OSHA standards. Every site operates a formal Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) plan with dedicated safety officers and daily toolbox talks.
The IAG Safety System
Risk Assessment
Every project begins with a comprehensive threat and risk assessment covering security, health, and environmental factors specific to the operating location.
PPE Standards
All personnel are equipped to the highest applicable PPE standard. Compliance is non-negotiable on all IAG-managed sites regardless of client requirements.
Training & Induction
All site workers undergo a structured safety induction before commencing work. Ongoing toolbox talks and role-specific training maintain awareness.
Emergency Response
Documented emergency response plans, trained first responders, and medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) protocols are in place on every active project site.
Incident Reporting
A zero-tolerance culture for near-miss concealment. All incidents — no matter how minor — are documented, investigated, and fed back into our continuous improvement system.
Third-Party Audits
Regular independent safety audits verify compliance with our internal standards and applicable international frameworks including ISO 45001 principles.
